Traveling Wolf Rules:

1. If my wolf is staying in your pack then you MUST feed/play with them if their hunger/mood is under 100%.
2. You may keep my wolf for up to a week. After a week I will ask for them back. Unless I have a female that is pregnant, you may keep her until she has pups. BUT if you got my female pregnant, I will at least ask for one pup out of the litter!
3. No changing any names, I chose them for a reason. However, you may add lore in their bio. Adding decor is ENCOURAGED! That's what makes this fun!!
4. DO NOT CHASE MY WOLF. This will have you blocked.
5. Please do not add any random markings or edit their appearance. I like them how they are!
6. LET'S HAVE FUN!

Vigil encountered the Wolves of The Barren Hollows.

Vigil had been making his way down this cursed cliff for three days now after passing through the valley. Out of all the directions, why did he choose the direction with the most difficult pathways? Why didn't he choose to go to the Grasslands? It certainly would've been easier there. However, his thoughts were swiftly interrupted as he tripped and stumbled halfway off the narrow pathway. Or... He would've if it weren't for a raven suddenly catching him by the scruff of his neck and pulling Vigil back up onto solid ground.

"Are you Outsiders always this clumsy?" A voice laughs as he trots, heading up the same pathway Vigil had been walking down. This wolf was jet black, even his eyes, and he seemed to be quite young too. How odd that he'd wander this far away from his pack. "Well, I guess you should be grateful. I did save your hide after all. So, Outsider, regale me with a tale as to why you decided the Barren Hollows was a good place to visit?" The youngster sat down, purposefully blocking Vigil from going further down the pathway.

Just as Vigil was about to start speaking, a raven swooped down, perching carefully on a ledge next to the young wolf and watched the stranger closely. "What? Crow got your tongue?" The young wolf smirked and glanced over at his raven companion. "Ivar, go inform the Matron we have a guest. I'm sure she'll be thrilled to hear that." He laughed and returned his attention back to Vigil as the bird took to the skies, flying to the heart of the scorched forest below. "Oh! Where are my manners? I'm Branwen and that raven was Ivar. But nevermind that; I do hope you realize you are technically trespassing here in the Barren Hollows and we don't take too kindly to you Outsiders. And you're real lucky you came here while we're without a Sentinel otherwise, you falling down that cliff? That would've been a much kinder fate than whatever that wolf would've granted you." Branwen said with a smirk and plopped himself down on the floor to rest comfortably for a bit.

The youngster keeps up his idle chatter for nearly half an our until he's interrupted by a blue lunar raven suddenly landing in front of him; Blue mist billows out from the creature and as it settles another wolf with a black and grey colored coat and long fur is standing before Vigil as the mist dissipates completely. The lunar raven perches atop the she-wolf's shoulders as she looks down at Vigil with a quiet growl.

"You are lucky, Outsider, that I cannot be everywhere at once. I will grant you a small amount of mercy however as I've been kindly informed that the travel to our lands has been an arduous one for you and I will allow you to remain here for a day. After that day is up, you must return to where ever you came from and move elsewhere." The she-wolf stares directly into Vigil's eyes, hoping to drive the point home that he is not welcome. Only tolerated. "Do I make myself clear, Outsider?" Vigil hastily nods, bowing his head a little in response to her tone. Branwen tsks from behind the she-wolf, "Making the Matron angry? For shame, Outsider." He snickered and before yelping as the lunar raven on her back lunged to peck at Branwen.

With that settled, Vigil is instructed to follow Branwen and the she-wolf he called The Matron back to their rendezvous site to stay and rest up before continuing on his way. Vigil certainly was in no rush to remain here, that's for sure. These lands spooked him and he swore he could see things moving in the shadows whenever he wasn't looking directly at them.
