SUNFLARES' LORE (WIP)

Winter Month 1: Sunflare wobbles around the den, her mothers' warm fur against her side providing a beacon of comfort and safety. The outside world is unknown to her now, the forests and marshlands a distant blend of strange sounds and smells beyond the brightly lit entrance to the cave her mother had picked. 2 more young wolves stay within the same cave, her older sibling and her littermate, who confidently explores the farther reaches of the damp structure.

Summer Month 5: A storm had separated SunFlare from the rest of her pack, leaving her lost within the surrounding forest. Slowly losing hope that she would make it through the separation as such a small creature, she senses movement in the brush nearby. Golden yellow eyes pear out at her, evaluating threat level. She watches concern swim through them and tips her head to the side before the golden wolf comes forward. He towers over her, curiously tilting his head back and forth while he circles her, smelling for a possible reason she was abandoned. He finds none and nudges her with his nose towards a direction she had not been in.

Autumn Month 7: Sunflare had been living amongst her new pack for a few months, growing into a strong young wolf. Her old pack visited only in distant dreams and remembrances, the new wolves she lived with had taken her in with kindness and she grew fond of their alpha Kodax. He was kind, but firm and reminded her that she must choose a role within the pack to contribute. Sunflare was unsure what role to choose, instead finding herself exploring the forests nearby, searching abandoned dens for signs of...something. Perhaps her old pack still pulled her to them, lost within the lands surrounding her, asking to be found.

Winter Month 8: She nods to Kodax and he paws the ground in front of him, anxious to let her leave the den to begin her journey. This was something she had prepared for this past autumn, solidifying her need to venture into the forests surrounding their territory to find this missing part of her. She was but a small wolf, with a limited skill set, but ready to learn all she can. Kodax warns her again that other packs may not be as welcoming as his was, that there are dangers that she is unprepared to face. A warm, familiar comfort fills Sunflare and she nuzzles Kodax one last time before stepping out of the clearing. This is what she was meant to do.

SUNFLARES' TRAVEL LOG RULES

Please dm me a small blip of information you'd like to add into her travel log as her biography is stylized and may be difficult to edit. This is optional, if you do not send me anything I will make up something for her visit with your pack. I would prefer to know things like who she has bonded with (if any wolves, even if it's not a pairbond), major events (exploration as a scout/illness/injuries/births) and a brief vibe of your pack meeting her or saying goodbye. You can creatively expand on her existing lore, help her get closer to what she may be searching for or grow her character into something new OR you can leave all of it up to me! I don't mind either way, I would prefer however to have other voices added into her lore. IF YOU DO WRITE LORE FOR HER, PLEASE HAVE IT FROM THE POV OF A WOLF FROM YOUR PACK AND NOT SUNFLARE HERSELF! (This is only for those writing their own additions).

Role Taken: N/A (adolescent)
Lore addition: Lilac had been a traveler for the Pack of Silhouettes all her life. Yet she had never seen such a young, dauntless adventurer. An adolescent, exploring the world and making it to the vast expanse of the glaciers? It was unheard of, and that was why Lilac admires Sunflare's grit and determination. She made an effort to talk to the younger traveler as a friend and an equal, hoping to learn about Sunflare's journeys before she had to leave. (Lore extension coming)
