Kingston was born into the pet trade, and many of his puppy-hood memories are of the chain link fence that was around his outdoor enclosure and his parents' tired eyes from chasing after him and his siblings. He'd gone through several unsuitable homes in his first six months of life, being returned each time for behavioral issues that were simply humans' ignorance to the needs of a high-content wolfdog like himself.
He was separated from his birth pack when a forest fire had spread and burned down their indoor enclosure, killing everyone but his barely-weaned younger siblings, Ezra, Cadence, and Aurelius . They traveled alone many miles, with just Kingston to hunt and care for the four of them, all while in unfamiliar territory. His time spent caring for them had instilled the importance of keeping his family safe; especially his young. While wandering through the tundra, he met an odd-looking pinkish wolf with deep red eyes, dubbed the "Bloodied Titan" by resident packs. This pink wolf ended up being a godsend for the siblings. Titan took them in, reluctantly at first, but their soft spot for the pups ended up with them taking on the role of an older sibling.
The other members of the pack consist mostly of Kingston's mates. Despite pair bonds and monogamy being important in wolf culture, him and his mates are all bonded to one another the same way they would be with just one wolf. They all take turns rearing and training the pups, raising them as a unit and keeping the pack more tightly bonded.
