Quill

You approach Quill, leaning over to sniff the weasel carcass he's eating. He whines at you in understanding and uses his fangs to split the prey in half. You thank him with a tail wag and a brief lick on the lip.

For the first 4 years of his life, Quill lived in a rather large pack. During this time, he was taught herbalism by the pack's herbalist. Despite everyone's assumption that Quill would be the successor to the old herbalist, he felt a pull that took him outside of his territory. He wandered about for a year, collecting herbs and aiding any dispersal wolves in need, before he ended up finding a trail of blood that led him to Vespertine Pack's rendezvous site and to a recently injured Stella. From then on, he became the pack's herbalist.
