Eagle looks at you for the first time since you met. He offers you a smile and well wishes for your journey post-stay, apologizing for his self-called avoidant behavior. He mentions he needed to stay focused so Osprey wouldn't get lost as well with a roll of his eyes. The large wolf trots off to a gaggle of black-blue pups, greeting them and mentioning that their mother will return soon.
Wise beyong his years, the abnormally-large Eagle had barely been a year old (then named Branch) when he tearfully abandoned his disease-ridden pack with his huntmate, Sparrow (then named Dusty), in hopes to find safety elsewhere in an effort of self-preservation. The two males met Owlet soon after, and vowed their loyalty in exchange for shelter in her and Raven's campsite. Eagle and Owlet became fast friends, which convinced the duo to stay permanently and even change their names. They bare no affiliation or regard for their former pack, never sharing the name.
