In the ocean's vast embrace,
A creature stirs, lost in space~
The Great Garbage Patch, a sight to see,
Born from waste, from you and me.
Plastic bottles, nets entwined,
A lonely giant, once confined.
It trapped the turtles, choked the reefs,
A silent cry for help, beneath.
But then came hearts, brave and true,
With nets and bags, they knew what to do.
They cleaned the mess, revealed the blue,
A hidden beauty, fresh and new.
From monster's bane to hope's sweet song,
A lesson learned, to right the wrong.
Together we can mend the sea,
For a brighter world, for you and me.
