Biography
Training:
Howling:
During the lesson: Hound practised his voice in a remote spot, a bit ashamed to howl in front of other pups and adults. He didn't feel ready yet.
Prey Tracking:
During the lesson: Hound was confused when he could catch the same scent in several spots, but Aries's smirk explained it all. It was one of those tricky lessons and Hound did everything to prove he was smart enough to track prey effectively.
Recognizing Danger:
During the lesson: Aries stuffed herbs into his mouth and chewed them into a paste. He spit the wad into a paw and dabbed it onto a leaf, showing Hound the proper technique.
Socialization:
During the lesson: The good manners lesson went awry today when Hound started inventing bizarre and funny excuses to make everyone laugh instead of learning how to apologize with respect. Sokka was serious in scolding him, but he noticed him smiling when the other pups weren't looking.
Effective Killing:
During the lesson: With the carcass tied to a straw string, Sokka pulled it to simulate prey movement. Hound stalked and pounced on the "prey" successfully, and began to tear it apart before he was scolded to be more precise and not let food go to waste.
Working Together:
During the lesson: With Orion overseeing the ordeal, Hound had to organize, coordinate and help the group move an entire fallen log out of the den. Tiny pups lack the strength on their own, but cooperating as a team can get things done!
