Biography
Aangis a white wolf with golden ogham decoration and crimson eyes. He is currently the stalker for Silver Sun and the adoptive littermate of Lynn.
puphood
Aang was an uptight puppy when he joined the Phoenix Tribe. He was adopted by Hayden and D'arc, who just began taking over the responsibility of picking pups for the pack. Aang's birth pack was large and housed many puppies, where he was just anybody. His birthmother brought him to the enclave, where he again lived with an insurmountable amount of pups. There were so many he could never learn who was who. He had no name on top of it, and never developed a sense of individuality.
Instead, he learned to observe. He would watch other pups and Mother Bear, or wake up early to watch the sunrise.
One day, two wolves visited the enclave who took a liking to him. The foxy husky-like wolf introduced himself as Hayden, trying to ask him questions and play. He wasn't used to the attention, which D'arc seemed charmed by. They brought him home and named him Aang after the peaceful air to his personality.
When in the Tribe, however, there was a sick puppy who took up a lot of Hayden and D'arc's time. Aang was used to that kind of treatment and found nothing unusual with it, opting to observe the pretty new world around him and take what was given to him.
There was an underpaw, Lynn, who seemed to dislike him. Aang didn't understand why. She scowled at him whenever she passed by the burrow - in fact, often did so just to get a look at him, Aang noticed. He felt weird. He'd never been percieved so...specficially, before. It made him feel insecure at first, but he refused to show it on his face in case he made a disturbance.
Aang was even more confused when Lynn started sitting by him and giving him toys to play with. The cold, bitter eyes turned to an equally uncomfortable look—compassion. He didn't understand Lynn. Under the coming suns, he ended up spending a lot of time with her, whether visiting her when she returned from observations or playing tug of war with bones. He knew she never did this with other wolves—in fact, she seemed closest to him than anyone else! He didn't notice it, but he became more and more used to being Lynn's world.
Upon adolescence, Aang took the spare den closest to the nesting burrow, letting Lynn help him patch things up and make it a little nicer after the summer flooding season. He understudied in Rumbling Thunder under Apricot. He got to know crumb better, as he was the paw from Cedar's litter that hung around Moss Rock most in his free time. The paw was more talkative than him, but he was smart when he wanted to be. Aang respected him, knowing he was capable of more than he portrayed himself to be. Crumb would eat together with Aang and Lynn over Sigil or Aloe. They ended up playing together more, too.
Adulthood
As an adult, Aang was the first stalker of silver sun, a hunting party with Lynn as finisher and copper, lupo, and crumb as stalkers. They all got along very well, with Aang being close to crumb and respecting Lupo as their former scout. He thought Lupo was a bit scatterbrained, but never paid that any mind. He respected Lupo for how well he knew the area and how easily they could track down prey because of his expertise in the land.
Crumb was his friend as well, and he noticed that Crumb and Lupo were getting closer as they hunted together. He tried to make sure both were invited whenever they ate. As a hunting party, it became normal for them to eat together after dawn hunts. It was their time to socialize - they easily became the closest hunting party in the tribe at that time.
Lynn was his closest, dearest friend who he trusted above all else. They didn't even need to speak to understand what was going on in the other's mind. She was protective of him, but he again paid it no mind, always appreciating the gifts she would bring him and the activities she planned out for them in their free time.
