lore: Thin, ragged scars marred the once pristine white muzzle of the albino wolf known as Snowflake. She had received them from a fierce encounter with a cougar, both physically and emotionally scarred by the encounter. Snowflake used to love her name, given to her by her mother, but now it only served as a reminder of the pain she had endured.

Snowflake was truly a sight to behold in the forested mountains, her fur like freshly fallen snow against the green trees and rocky terrain. But her beauty also made her a target, as she soon learned when the cougar attacked. Exhausted from a long day of hunting, Snowflake stumbled into a hidden cave covered by winter's snow. Inside, she discovered two cubs and knew immediately that she was in danger. Cougars were not known for hunting wolves, but when it came to protecting their young, they would stop at nothing.

Feeling trapped and vulnerable in the small space, Snowflake turned to face the looming predator with caution. As she focused on its gleaming eyes in the darkness, she thought about how she used to dream of finding a mate and starting a family. But those dreams seemed impossible now as she faced certain death.

Using her quick reflexes and agility, Snowflake tried to evade the cougar's sharp claws and teeth. But no matter how hard she fought back, it seemed like an inevitable outcome. In one last desperate attempt to survive, Snowflake found a small hole in the cave that let in slivers of light. She raced towards it, determined to escape and live another day.

As she ran through the opening and away from the mountains that were once her home, sorrow washed over Snowflake. She knew that she could never return and have a peaceful life with a mate and pups after what had happened. So instead, she decided to become a traveler - never staying in one place for too long, never letting anyone tie her down or control her. The scars on her muzzle a constant reminder of the fateful encounter that changed her life forever.

Date Of Arrival: 12/14
Lore: Snowflake's paws ached the longer she walked, she knew she needed to find a place and rest and recover before she continued her travels. Using her nose, she followed a particular scent that led her into the dense forests. It wasn't long before she realized the scent she was following belong to a pack.

She first encountered the pack's herbalist, Wendigo. An odd-looking yet very kind wolf that offered to bring her back to his pack, Cynefin. Intriuged, the she-wolf aggreed adn followed the herbalist back to his home. She was greeted by a surprisingly small pack led by a young wolf named, Everest. Surprised by such a warm reaction, Snowflake decided to find rest with the Cynefin pack for a time.

Snowflake knew, however, that her yearn to wander wouldn't let her stay long but she decided to make the most of it. She helped out the pupsitters of the pack as they had taken in some orphaned pups, sneakily teaching the young ones how to sneak up on their elders and the best ways to stalk prey. She found herself amused yet endeared by the pups clumsy movements.

Soon enough, Snowflake felt her paws itch to move on. She felt more rested then she'd have in a while and she knew it was time to continue her journey. So Snowflake said her goodbyes to the pack. Thankfully Wendigo for inviting her to visit and to Everest for letting her stay for a time. With one last goodbye, Snowflake left the Cynefin pack to continue her journey into the unknown.
