Irish

Irish never had thought he would ever be able to love, until one day it turned around. One raining wet evening, Irish was walking in the woods until he found a beautiful young female lying down dead-like in a tree borrow, she looked to be at least 6 months old, which was exactly his age. She had blue nails, nose, and eyes, a blue-ish, grey, and brown speckled pelt that looked so nice and shiny as a polar bears fur. Irish had walked up to the young female and gently sniffed her fur and giving it a little poke to see if she was alive. The female suddenly woke wide-eyed open and startled from the newcomer, she crouched into the corner, her ears back and giving him a scared and sad look. Irish wagged his tail playing bow trying to show her he was friendly. She relaxed a bit but was still insanely nervous, Irish left and when he came back he had a rabbit in his mouth. He had set it down for her to eat, but when she went for it she eyed Irish down like a lion preying it next victim. She quickly ate it, she felt more relaxed, at least enough for Irish to come face to face with her, their eyes locked together, she gave a little yip but after that she sniffed him and then gave him a little lick on the cheek as an approval. He got the message and layed next to her.

[A FEW MONTHS LATER]
Irish and his new friend which her name was Feather, became best friends. They went everywhere together not really knowing where but places together, they hunted together, played, cleaned each other, everything. A year later then they both had hit maturity ages, back when they were a bit younger they had thought it would be good if they went their separate ways. Feather was being kicked out of her pack multiple times in the year and Irish had made a pack of his own, what he didn't know is that they were going to meet again. Irish went on scout to see if anything was out of line until he saw a wolf shape from afar, he stalked up to it closer and closer then pounced on the stranger wolf and growled, baring teeth at them until he realized something. It was Feather. His old friend had wandered into his territory, he quickly got off of her and gave her a confused expression. Feather explained that she had been kicked out of several packs ever since they went their own ways and that she had missed him dearly. Irish admitted that it was a hard to forget and move on without her as well. Irish invited Feather to stay with him. That night they slept together and realized they both loved each other very dearly. They next morning Irish wakes up, Feather next to him. He walked out to go hunting for food for her unaware of what was going to happen when he came back. [a few hours later] When Irish came back Feather told him that she had news and told him that she was pregnant. As the days pasted getting closer to birthing day Irish was in and out of the den frantically getting food. The night on birthing day Feather gave birth but they sadly died from being stillborn. The deeply saddened lovers of the poor pups woed in their grief and howled for their pups, Irish was just glad that his partner was not hurt during the process. All they could do now though was move on and hope for more in the future.
