Story(Opt.): Jareth sighed, a big deep sigh that left his lungs with nothing but space. Peace. The pack had been so busy lately, with Zephyr's injury and loss of healer, with the puppies driving the clan up into the trees from their sharp yaps, Jareth thought maybe he wasn't cut out for leading a pack, just when a wolf started to howl in the distance. Jareth let out a soft bark of surprise, his fur bristling. His pack den was behind him, yet this howl was in distance. Hesitantly, Jareth howled back, the other wolf sounded young, less than a year old. The younger wolf paused, before starting to run towards the other wolves howl, soon causing them to come face to face at last. Jareth let out a soft growl, his hackles raised and tail swishing as he stared the stranger down. "Who are you and why have you come?" His voice sounded more hostile than he would've wished it would be. "...I apologize- I'm a bit on edge you see- though the question remains." Jareth sat on his swishing tail to calm himself down, looking at the younger wolf as he hurriedly explained how he is a wandering wolf, searching for refuge to rest. As Jareth thought, the two awkwardly sat in silence, only the faint pants of Jordan could be heard. "Alright then- You can stay with us for a bit.." Jareth sighed, forcing a soft smile. He could never turn someone in need down, his one weakness. . .

Story(Opt.): Jordan had left the company of The Goblin City, wandering for another place to rest his paw for some time. He's been walking for quite some time so he must be so out of it that he's imagining things. He swears that dirt path wasn't there before, nor the dense forest that it leads him to. The wind blows and the leaves rustle, Jordan feels this sense of safety as he looks up at the old trees. When he shifts his eyes back down, he's startled at the sight in front of him. The roots of the trees have somehow come up out the ground, making an entrance for him. He hesitates but something tells him to go and he does. The inside of the first looks nothing like the outside, bioluminescent flora and fauna are scattered throughout the forest. Jordan is so infested in the scenery that he doesn't even notice the much larger wolf behind him. "You are not a part of my pack." A quiet voice states from behind him. Jordan jumps and swiftly turns around, looking up at the unknown wolf. They're larger then any wolf he's ever seen, a white coat with black fur mangled in throughout, yellow eyes and horns sticking out of their head. "Oh, my apologies I didn't mean to startle you sweetheart." They say quickly before continuing. "Not many wolves are allowed entry into my sanctuary, the spirits must like you." They smile and strangely Jordan isn't scared of they unusual very sharp teeth. "I'm a traveler, just passing through and exploring the world." Jordan state but the wolf seems to not care about that as they already walking past him further in the woods. "Come on little raven, let's get you to a nice den to rest your tired paws." They say, geustering him to follow and he does hesitantly. "My names Rex, you're going like your stay here Jordan." Rex tells him when he catches up and he doesn't think he told them his name…odd.
