Cember ⭐

Background

Drawn to the festivities of the human world ever since she could walk, Cember was in trouble more than once. She was often found near camps and towns of man, listening to the music and cheering and looking at the pretty lights that emitted from their trees, posts and inside their homes. Her parents feared that she may one day wander too close and get herself killed, so they sent her off to a different pack where they hoped they'd be far away from any humans. No matter how many times Cember would protest, she found herself thrown into the Effortless Charm pack, but little did her parents know that the leader, Akullore, had lied to them in favor of Cember's ambitions. They lived a mere 7 miles away from a small place that the humans called "Christmas Town". This made Cember ecstatic as Akullore mentioned it to her, offering to be her guide there to show her the safest spot to idle. When she turned 10 months old, he took her 7 miles to the East on top of a large hill covered with forestry. She was nicely hidden and could see and hear everything. She kept going there once every week to enjoy the brilliant sights, heavenly sounds of music and sugared scents that radiated from the town. When she was 11 months old, she met a peculiar, red-nosed caribou grazing on hay in a nearby field surrounded by a fence. The caribou warned her that the humans might find her and that she should leave lest she be turned into a rug for threatening him. She assured him that she meant no harm and they talked for awhile about the harness that man had put on him, how they had him pull their sleighs and that there were many others like him. When it was time for her to leave, they exchanged names and agreed to meet atop the hill from thereon. She and Rudolph became great friends over time and decided they'd stay friends forever atop the hill just outside of Christmas Town.
