Born as Rolan before becoming Burningstag was born into a small family pack, with only a small litter born before him and his littermates. He lived a pretty tranquil life as a pup before he found Dawnmane passed out by a Riverbed. Though his family was wary and distrusting of the oddly adorned wolf pup - especially after they realized the odd adornments were a part of her - they took her in a nursed her back to health.
As his siblings, Dawnmane and himself grew, Dawnmane and him made plans. After dispersing from his family's pack, they made a pack, with Dawnmane as the Alpha and himself as the beta. Before recruiting their first new pack member, he changed his name to Burningstag.
