Shade

The Elders tell stories of a forest haunted. Of trees with eyes that watch your every movement. Of fog that creeps ever so slowly near and nearer still. Of wind that howls, but moves very little.

Those stories are true of course. What the Elders dont tell is of a wolf who goes by the title of Shade. Of He Who Lurks. Of the Shadow Of The Forest.

But thats alright, they wouldn't tell you, even if they knew. Why would they? To give a warning like all stories do? But it wouldnt be a warning, no, it would be a death sentence.

Lets start, like all good stories do, at the beginning.

Born in the frigid mountains, on a dark, winter night with no moon, Shade's fate was decided from birth. Some say Cor Caroli Herself said that Shade was blessed. That surely his markings were a sign from the Moon, who had disappeared that very night. Others say he was cursed, but whatever the case was, Shade was abnormal
