Socialization:
During the lesson: The good manners lesson went awry today when Pinecone started inventing bizarre and funny excuses to make everyone laugh instead of learning how to apologize with respect. Fleet was serious in scolding him, but he noticed her smiling when the other pups weren't looking.
Killing Effectively:
During the lesson: For small prey, Fleet explained claws are your best asset. She demonstrated to Pinecone that there are ways to pin prey down and kill with a small bite to the neck, rather than trying to bite the entire piece of prey and ruining it.
Working Together:
During the lesson: Pinecone had some problems with drawing a line between teamwork and playtime with his littermates. Wolverine was serious when they told them that bonding and working together were not the same thing.
Howling:
During the lesson: It seemed that Pinecone achieved perfection today, at least in comparison with a couple of trials before. He jumped with joy and ran to his parents to prove that he was almost an adult now!
Prey Tracking:
During the lesson: Fleet noticed Pinecone's recent progress and decided to take lessons to the next level, where the scent of the toy wasn't as clear and strong anymore. Pinecone had to be more focused to recognize it now during training.
Recognizing Danger:
During the lesson: Wolverine laid out different herbs for Pinecone to smell with his eyes closed, huffing at him when he attempted to peek. Your nose is your strongest sense when it comes to identifying herbs!
