Wren

Wren was born in Blue Crag Pack in the Mountains to her mother, Darken, and her father, PSYCHO. She had two brothers, Shadow and an unnamed pup. The unnamed pup was given to another pack almost the moment he was born because he was the runt, but Shadow and Wren stayed awhile. They knew they would be given away eventually; there was just too much competition and too many mouths to feed. Shadow left first, when Wren was asleep. She was mad that Darken didn't send them away together, but Darken explained that other packs didn't want a bond with a sibling to interrupt their melding with the new pack. Wren didn't really understand, but she accepted that her mother knew what was right. The day came when Wren was traded for several Caribou carcasses, which is a hearty animal they don't really have in the Mountains. We welcomed her into Volantes with open arms, and she's melded well with those in our pack, especially Cuvier.
