Her stable, calm nature is disarming, but it was borne from war and anger. Born into a pack in the midst of a bloody war, Chervil left after losing her sister to her vengeance. Mourning her broken family, Chervil fled to the mountains, where she met Endive - a gruff, aggressive, but compassionate wolf. Chervil, in her mourning, refused to hunt or fight for herself. Endive took pity on the broken wolf, hunting for her and providing her shelter, despite her own den being rather small.
Touched by Endive's compassion despite her fierce nature, the two formed a bond stronger than stone. Chervil asked Endive if she would one day join her in forging a pack not founded on territory or dominance, but on healing and protection. Endive and Chervil cast out their old names, instead choosing names after herbs. They vowed to train powerful healers, and became a peaceful pack that helped anyone, regardless of their affiliation.
Chervil has since become more comfortable fighting, but does this only to defend herself. She prefers to leave any violent acts to wolves more befitting of aggression, so they may have a positive outlet for their nature.
Chervil and Endive have a romantic relationship, caring for each others' pups and largely leaving any males out of the process.
