Janalynn, who usually goes by "Lynn", though "Jana" is fine too, sees life in black and white. Not literally, she can see everything a normal wolf sees just fine, but she categorizes everything. Friend and foe are clearly distinct for her for example. There's nothing in between. An acquaintance will almost immediately be sorted into one of two categories. She has been very open to all kinds of things from the beginning. Lynn ccepts everyone as they are, but if she doesn't get along with them, she won't bother to chat, no matter who they are, where they come from or how they live their life and handle love.
Lynn loves to learn and prefers to view life from a realistic standpoint. She questions those who handle irresponsible or irrational. Sometimes she may come of as rude even though Lynn doesn't mean it that way, because she is always straightforward. She doesn't sugarcoat things. At times she is also petty and criticizes things which don't need adressing.
Due to her personality and overly honest attitude which can be hurtful to other wolves, Janalynn had a difficult time during her first year in Angharad Pack. It wasn't until mister ladies' man himself, Ivotien, took a liking to the female playing hard to get. She wasn't playing of course, but she was hard to get. While he can't be faithful to her only as the breeding male, Ivotien fell for Lynn and she fell for him. Opposites attract and those two are like magnets during their time off.
Despite Ivo's and Lynn's obvious love nowadays, in the past those two did not get along too well. They basically joined the pack shortly after one another. Ivo had just stumbled upon the pack like the little troublemaker he was, while Lynn was adopted into the pack on a regular way, by paying the symbolic adoption fee for Lynn to her birth pack.
Lynn grew up with her mother and siblings, while her father wasn't part of the pack. Lynn's mother did not really talk about her dad, so she never got to know what he was like. She did have a nice childhood though and didn't really have a reason for becoming so serious.
