Heir of the pack. (The only heir, for now?)

Born on the weaker side, will he rise to the occasion? Can he prove himself and fulfill his destiny as alpha?

Eager to improve he joins a newly formed hunting party at the onset of adulthood. The inexperienced groups struggles to adjust to the new terrain and change in seasons. But our young prince sees every moment as a learning opportunity and believes that a great leader needs to know the ins and outs of all pack roles.

With a new litter of pups, the hunting party has disbanded and assigned new tasks. Not wanting to spend time looking after the new arrivals, our heir has taken to scouting. The freedom to explore, is exhilarating and fulfilling. 

But when a large influx of new pups arrive, Pyre realizes that freedom to roam is secondary to his responsibility to care for and keep his family alive.
