The youngest of Swallowtail's second litter. Surprisingly enough, Ruapehu is the fastest of all his siblings, and only Libya can be labeled 'smarter'. He does, however, have a more cautious nature compared to his more daring siblings. He's almost... indecisive, at points, and incredibly nitpicky when it comes to how things can be done. Despite this, all his siblings still care for him.
