Shoei is the Forget-Me-Not Pack's dark and broody heartbreaker. Quiet, unenthusiastic, and emotionally reserved, he projects the image of the careless bad boy to all who meet him, a characteristic only magnified by the raven-dark tuft of fur on his head. While he may carry a bit of an attitude with him at all times, Shoei becomes downright ferocious if he feels his companions are in danger.Â
Though he was expected make a good enough hunter, he chose the life of a scout. In his words, he "doesn't play well with others" and prefers to "work alone." Much to his dismay, this too-cool-for-school behavior makes the other young ones want to hang around him even more. Some of the older wolves roll their eyes at this edgy behavior, but tolerate it in the hopes that it's simply a phase he'll grow out of. So far, no dice.
Due to being a moody adolescent, Shoei pushes away most who try to become close with him. However, two packmates of the same age, Fio and Jago, formed a friendship with him, and the "dynamic trio" are almost always in each other's company.Â
As he grew older, Shoei learned to cooperate with his peers, and retired his role as a scout to join a hunting party. Turns out, he does quite well as a chaser.
