Shadow and her twin sister Gem were merely pups when they were brought into Starfalls. With no room in their birth pack for the small, defenseless pups, they were taken in by Delta and her pack as soon as they were weaned, when they were still craving their mother's warm fur and her comforting scent. The pack raised them together, taught them their customs and beliefs, and the two have grown into fine young members of Starfalls.
Pup/Adolescent:
Some may think of Shadow as shy or meek with the way she always sticks behind her sister, the habit which even gave the pup her very name. But that could not be further from the truth. Do not mistake Shadow's silence with weakness. The pup is smart and observant for her age, and her icy blue eyes seem to stare right through others. Though a pup of few words, she will not hesitate to speak out if she feels it is necessary.
