Shueisha used to lead her own small troop with an iron paw, that is before they lost respect for her and turned on her once she turned out to be more bark than bite. She resented her fall from grace for a while, and initially she didn't want any company after such a massive failure. That is until she met Naenie, someone who impressed her beyond what she knew was possible, and decided to swallow her pride for just a bit longer to join the pack.
Shueisha prefers to be a leader instead of follower, and always acts as if she was in charge. The idea of others not listening to her orders doesn't cross her mind, ever. She considers disloyalty unforgivable.
