👑~*Lady Mononoke*~👑

Mononoke looks up at the lunar moon, as she watches the bright star's in the sky, she starts to remember her puppies, who died over the years due to natural causes, sicknesses, and the murder of her 3rd litter by coyotes. As a grieving mother in her younger years, she knew why her beautiful babies would suffer such a fate, she then turns to her one and only daughter who sat next to her, thanking her for being strong and growing up to be an amazing young she-wolf. She then licks her newborn son, who isn't even a week old yet, and asks Yozora "What name do you think would fit him, Yozzy?" *Yozora looks down at her half-brother* "Well, i don't know mother.....what do you think you should name him?" Mononoke, looks at the little bundle of fluff for a moment* "Kei" She say's* "It means respect, lucky, excellence, and wise......it's perfect" She then wraps herself around Kei and licks his forehead and whispers* "My little Kei, please grow up and live up to you're name.....please, my son"

Lady Mononoke started out as a lone wolf during her youth. she was always the quiet and most distant one in her previous pack. she set out on her own when she was finally of age, then she met another lone wolf named Oblivion, they instantly became friends. slowly, she let others join her on her adventures. Mononoke thought she was a lot happier until Oblivion finally confessed his feelings for her on a lunar moon.

Mononoke stares at Oblivion and snorts*

"I never knew. If only you had told me"

*She lays on his front paws and touches his nose with her's*

Oblivion stayed silent for a bit. and finally spoke after the clouds moved, showing the bright lunar moonlight.

"I admit, I shouldn't have but it didn't feel right at that time"

He gently laid his snout along her neck and mumbles*

"We were young at the time too. I thought I would be rejected if I had opened up to you after watching other males get rejected. I was scared of heartbreak and the loss of our friendship."

Mononoke moved off of him and nipped his ear. she looked him in the eyes*
"You doofus I wouldn't have rejected you, we made this pack together....dummy"

She lovingly looks at his sparkling blue eyes*
"I would never reject my soulmate"

She lightly licks under his snout and neck and whispers* "......Never, Love...Never."

And they spent the entire night under the pale lunar moon, gazing at the stars, and making wishes for a future of their pack.
