Tobi was one of the founding members of River Black, helping to establish their territory alongside his companion, Splint.

Before Tobi met Splint, he was a wolfdog living under the care of humans. As he grew closer to Tobi, Splint found that he had an incredibly strong sense of smell, rivaling even the most seasoned of trackers — no doubt thanks to the hound-blood coursing through his veins. He puts this talent to good use foraging for herbs to heal his pack's ailments.

He has a bubbly and bright personality, very much like that of his hound mother. He likes bugs and flowers, and is easily excited by the little things in life.
