Brokenshine

Joined the Swiftmoon pack on April 17, 2021.

Ever since it joined the pack, it was clear that there was something up with Brokenpaw. The young wolf barely spoke, and when it did, its words were garbled, unclear. The air around it shifted, its own pelt never consistent. Some days its markings would be different colors, or some would be missing. The rarest changes would be to its body itself; there have been a few days where its tail was simply missing. Any alterations would fix themselves over time; usually overnight, but sometimes a wolf would watch as the wolf's body suddenly righted itself. Over time, it learned to speak understandably, though the strangeness with its body never changed.

Oddly enough, pups never seem to mind Brokenshine's strangeness. Many are oddly drawn to it, curious to see how it'll change next, or excited by trying to decipher its strange voice. Occasionally, a pup regarded in the pack to be a strange spirit can be seen with Brokenshine. The pup never speaks a word, but it's clear they have some sort of connection. When asked about the strange spectral wolf, Brokenshine's response was as unintelligible as the words of its youth. 

Due to the strange nature of Brokenshine's form, many wolves among the pack doubted its ability to have pups of its own. Brokenshine itself doubted this as well, though after many moons of questioning, it decided to at least attempt. By some miracle, Brokenshine had no trouble getting pregnant. It was absolutely overjoyed, as though watching the pack's pups was wonderful, it had always wanted to have a litter of its own.

Its first litter, Fernstorm, Snapstrike, and Spiderpelt, were born on September 27, 2022. Their father is Aazurath G1.

Its second litter, Ant, was born on October 25, 2022. His father is 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐬ᴳ². Ant died on November 3, 2022.
