Yvaine

Yvaine is sweet, sensitive, and shy, and the first albino wolf born to the Forget-Me-Nots. Her mother, a nomadic wolf, took shelter with the pack right before she was born, but upon seeing the strange-looking pup, she became afraid of her and believed her to be an ill omen. As soon as she was able, she slipped out into the night, taking the rest of the litter with her. The Forget-Me-Not pupsitters were outraged upon the discovery of Yvaine all alone the next morning, and Briar gladly took her in as one of her own. Yvaine believes Briar to be her biological mother, and no one has the heart to tell her the truth of her origin. Briar believes it is best that she never finds out. Though Yvaine is not of her blood, Briar considers herself to be her real mother.

Perhaps her early abandonment had a deep-seated effect on her, as Yvaine is rather shy and cautious, and extremely sensitive to negativity. Her thin skin makes her difficult to roughhouse or joke with, and she is fully aware that she will never be a fighter.
