Loud and obnoxious, Finnegan think he tells the most clever jokes. Hardly any wolf agrees with him. The pups he watches are the only ones who pay him any mind. Although, much to everyone's surprise, he has caught the attention of the young heir Zazikel as well. Fennigan seems to be the only wolf who's dumb enough to not be deterred by the heir's eerie demeanor.
