He's gotten quite skilled at wrangling pups with his words. Once when the pups began acting up, he recited a tale common from his pack (perfect for quelling wayward misbehaving pups). The story tells the tale of a monstrous, greedy wolf mother who prowls the mountain in search of naughty pups. She rambles the paths alone at nights and eerily calls for her missing pups, those pups she sees are never seen again.

The pups are very careful to return to the den promptly after that. They cast wary glances at the entrance whenever they hear a lone howl.
