Azure didn't remember how she wandered the land, nor her past or childhood. She just remembers wandering endlessly, places blurred like a dream. She vaguely recalls that what she looks is a little different then she is now, not that it bothered her. Her first memories were gazing at a mountain top with another wolf named Ember and seeing the beautiful orange the peak showed and light the world around her. They both made their place here as the world opened up to new experiences and wonders. As time passed her company grew as other wolves come and go, pups were born and as she ages and leads her pack in this new world. Looking back Azure finds they started with nothing and slowly as time passes they climb their way to something. She hopes the next generation never experiences the faded memories she had to go through before finding their home, finding Ember. She hopes one of her pups have the same hopes and dreams of keeping their pack safe and prosperous. Ash is the eldest and has her eyes but looks more like her father Ember, but Azure finds Umbra helping on growing the pack with a new perspective that might help the pack from stagnating. She hopes her eldest will support her and not take it to heart when Azure retires and chooses her next leader. Azure will always be acknowledge as the First Leader the one that made way to gain knowledge of the unknown and the teacher to the next generation of her experience so that other's can grow faster and prosper in the pack.
Battle of the Feline
As the seasons pass Azure ages as she leads her pack through places she's never imagined of. Places where snow is forever placed and never melts, places where water is forever flooding a forest, and even places where the dirt is dry as bone and the heat forever scorches the earth. Here she finds the hardest to travel as there are not just dangers from wolves but smaller creatures that can defeat any animal with just a single bite. Though this time it wasn't a slithering snake but dull reflexes against a large cat that had taken advantage and was able to give a close call and leave a scar as she defeats the cougar. A reminder of how time is slowly going against her.
