Ghost

Ghost is a quiet but steady she wolf, born wild but captured as an adolescent by a wolfdog breeder to use as a brood bitch. She is a wolf who has spent a long time among Man and his false wolves, strange creatures they call "dogs". She had many pups with these dogs for Man, but was never allowed to raise them for longer than a few weeks or form a pack of her own. She turned away from the comfortable but confined life Man could offer her in order to strike out alone to start a pack, hoping one day to somehow come across some of her halfbreed pups in the wild and bring them into her pack. 

Her knowledge of the world of Man has been of great benefit to her as she re learns how to be wild, and she even has some respect for dogs, copying some of their specialized skills in order to give her pack an edge in survival. She is devoted to her mate Lugh, and relies on his strength and aggression when she needs to lead her pack with a firm paw or see off enemies as her body was weakened by years of over breeding and captivity. They lead as a team with her calm problem solving and cool practicality balancing out his hot temper, as he helps her to regain her strength she teaches him the secrets of dogs and how he can use them to become a better hunter and fighter.
