Snow was born under the old Pack leader Prune, he because a ruthless wolf during training and just got worse the more power that was given to him. He has no interest in his pups or mate, he is much more focused on taking down the two packs that were formed out of Great Cliff exiles and runaways, seeking to take their territory and pups to use in his army
