Among the crowd, you can catch a glimpse of a blue and red she-wolf slipping through the crowd as she struggles to make it to the exit of the camp. You take note of how she looks a lot like Pablo and Nile. With hesitation, you start your way towards the scout, bumping into wolves along the way. Finally, you’ve approached her and she has noticed you, her gaze narrowing. “You’re that traveler Alon and Sleet took it, aren’t you? I haven’t seen you around until now, I was.. busy scouting the area.” She pauses, but takes a good look at you. “Alon’s told me about you awhile ago, in all honesty, I’m not sure what to think of you. You’re some random traveler that they took in, without hesitation, nothing. Why must they take you in when you haven’t proven anything.” She sneers, taking hint of her slight aggressiveness. Was she always like this? You felt another presence slip by you, taking you by surprise, you notice Alon padding beside you and the she-wolf. “Ah, Merida. Speaking with the recent traveler, I see?” She scoffs and rolls her eyes, “Yes, but I still don’t see why you let them in without any hesitation. Who knows what they could be, what if they’re apart of Snow’s pack?” He frowns, “When Sleet and I found them, they didn’t smell like anything. So I highly doubt they’re apart of Snow’s pack.” He pauses for a moment, “I was gonna ask you if you could scout the most recently found area.. but perhaps it wouldn’t hurt to bring a companion along?” Merida opens her jaws, about to argue back but closes them at the last minute. Sighing, she beckons for you to follow and the both of you head out.

Merida isn’t the most widely popular wolf in the pack, but many wolves look up to her as she was one of the first ones who helped Alon form the pack. She’s stoic and cold, doesn’t take shit from anyone that shows her disrespect. She’s strategic and is the one who prefers to use sneak attacks rather than rush in. She isn’t the one for large crowds, and is fine being on her own when it comes to scouting. She isn’t fond of social interaction, and comes to isolate herself often. Though she can be kind and loyal to those who’s close with her, and will make sure whatever you’re going through, you won’t be alone.

Merida used to be Alon’s mate, but the two quickly broke off when it was revealed that the she-wolf was pregnant with Pablo and Nile. Alon was horrified, but chose to keep the two brothers in the pack, as he was scared of becoming like his father. The two wolves stayed as close friends, but not without any severe consequences. After the fallout, Merida was extremely heartbroken and frustrated. And was even more frustrated with the fact that she’ll have to be taking care of some yapping pups who did no good. Fortunately, Boba was there to comfort and help her along the way. Volunteering to take in her pups, which relieved the scout. Merida is still her usual self, but she can be unpredictable and leave you a bit hurt due to her sharp tongue she had developed ever since the affair.
