Thia was found by the hunting party during one of their long journeys and was adopted by Thistle and Kohi. She grew up in the Silver Light pack and views them as her family; as a pup, Thia never gave much thought to her origins. Those cold memories of being alone were so distant now that she was with her pack, she tried not to dwell on the past. The only memories she needed were of cuddling with Thistle and Kohi on cold nights, afternoons spent playing with Cika, quiet summer nights listening to Altri's stories, and of course following Zion in whatever shenanigans he got into during any time of year.
Thia has a gentle disposition and trusting personality. As a pup, she was happy to go along with whatever adventures Zion or Cika decided upon. While Altri is the mediator of the group, Thia is the glue.
As puppies, Zion often mocked Thia for her soft nature and mysterious origins. He mocked all the adopted pups, and while Cika would immediately rush to fight him and Altri would huff in disapproval at his harsh remarks-Thia simply laughed them off. This infuriated young Zion for a time but no matter how harsh his insults were, they seemed to bounce off of Thia. A tilt of the head here, a confused smile there, laughing along whenever he mocked her, Zion was utterly stuck.
As Zion got in trouble for his harsh remarks and scathing nature, Thia would sit with him in his punishments. A time out session spent in silence was much more bearable with a friend, after all. When Zion would storm off, Thia would be the one to follow and bring him back. When Zion proclaimed himself 'King of the Mountain!!' and Thia would smile and exclaim 'Where shall we go first, my liege?'
And thus this is how Thia managed to wrangle Zion into a friendship. Growing up together, Thia balanced out Zion's moody attitudes and curbed his harsh comments. Zion in turn protected Thia and developed a soft spot for the gentle wolf.
