Baiarou

Born Year 5
As a puppy Baiarou was obnoxious and more than a little overbearing, always trying to make friends with other wolves. Though other pups at times avoided her due to her clumsiness and rough style of playing, she never seemed to take it personally.
The one thing Baiarou did learn, was that she could never please everyone all of the time, leading her to be more true to herself as a young adult.

Year 6: Baiarou joined her cousin Sa'outh on the backup hunting team as a finisher, desperate to prove herself. However, the harsh winter left very little opportunity for them to put her training into practice. Bai sometimes takes out her frustrations by wrestling with her mother, something Huth always enjoyed doing when she was a pup, but it makes her feels like she's not taken seriously as a grown wolf.
Huth desperately wishes that Bai would spend more time enjoying herself with her peers, and less time worrying.

Year 7-10: Baiarou spends a lot of time thinking about starting a family, and when she does, she does it Huth's way. Not wanting to settle down with anyone in particular, she seeks out strong wolves who can match her in skill and playfulness. Having pups makes her feel closer to her mother, and understand how she was trying to help her have an outlet for all her frustrations, and meeting her suitors makes her feel a little more normal about her great strength.

Her mother has another litter and she gains a little sibling, Houran, to dote on. Houran is closer in age to Bai's pups that to her actual sister, but that doesn't stop them from play wrestling together. When Huth has her final litter, both sisters are delighted to spend time babysitting the two newest additions to the family. Panada and Ou-Ban are a little more aloof than their sisters, which Bai teasingly puts down to having a famous father, but their independence is mostly celebrated. Both siblings leave for their yearling roam, and Bai (missing the presence of puppies already) seeks out another worthy mate.

Huth dies before she can see Baiarou's children, or the return of her own, and the sisters mourn heavily. Their brother Ou-Ban returns and is devastated, but Bai is grateful to have her family to support her.

Year 10: Turmoil in the pack as Yai is struck and killed, and Uansah becomes leader. To Baiarou the choice of leader wasn't such a surprise, but what does surprise her is that her brother, who has recently started dating Uansah, isn't leader with her. Sa'outh's middle child, Yaafsai, has inserted himself into the role, claiming to be her "mentor". Bai is suspicious, but doesn't want to seem bitter, so for now she keeps a close eye on him.
