Biography
The first leader.
An average wolf of average heritage and clear limitations, she sought to form her own legacy in autumn.
Knowing fully well that glory would only be seen many lifetimes after her own had faded into distant memory, Dust set out to plant the seeds and make sure her descendants and followers understood the importance of tending the roots of seemingly small and insignificant saplings.
---
Within two months the pack grew to a respectable number. Every wolf was given a task and all followed through without complaint. While her followers settled in, getting to know each other and their slowly growing territory, she would wander to speak with the other packs.
The stranger wolves who were kind enough to speak gave her advice, one intensely strong loner would stop by to give lessons. The more she learned, the more she realized what she didn't know, and her thoughts would be distracted by her gradually growing pups. She didn't regret her actions that led to their existence, but she realized that she was hardly more than a pup herself, and her children weren't given a fair start as a result.
As the burden of responsibility settled onto her shoulders, her infatuation with Frosted faded. While a good and attentive father, she knew she had to make the best decision for the pack and her future pups. Though all of her children would have a place under her rule, she knew her firstborns had stunted potential and couldn't truly be heirs.
Dust's rules would reflect her mindset. Pups were the future, and for the pack to grow strong their future needed to be tended to with patience minds, and solid foundations.
