Jekel joined his mate's pack when he met her so they could be together and made her promise that they would have at least one pup that was adopted because he too was adopted by his parents into his previous pack and embers the joy of that moment when the enclave bear handed him over to his parents and their alpha after telling him the news of his adoption and that he needed to stay calm or they may change their minds. His parents would sob see that that wouldn't have been an issue for he was a quiet pup who preferred to be listening to the elders tales of hunting in awe, so when it came time for the elder wolves to observe the year's pups and help the alpha to assign roles that he became a hunter. He soon became quite the fine hunter and was able to hunt on his own, and that's how he met Koiya.
