On the day of the sixth moon Sky and Rex stood before their mother and the pack seeing who she chose to be the next alpha. Sky stood tall and proud hoping their mother would pick her but River looked at Rex instead with a strange look on her face she told Rex to train under another pack. And left without a word. Sky and Rex look at each other confused before Jam walked to Rex and told him to follow her to the neighboring pack. Rex looked back at Sky with a proud smile thinking he was the one she chose. Leaving Sky standing there confused "Who did she chose?," Sky wondered not knowing she was being watched by her mother and father in the shadows. .
