Peterah is a wolf that fits surprisingly well into his role as a leader. His traits are almost stereotypical: he's kind-hearted, charismatic, and intelligent... at least in a quick glance. Ultimately, that is what is most important: the appearance of confidence and radiance.
When Peterah first set out into the world by himself, he had no plans of becoming a leader, much less forming his own pack. He is adventurous to a fault -- he desires a life of exploration and intrigue, and already feels the burden of pack leadership. He's more than happy to tie himself down to a few wolves, but to care for the needs of a full pack? That is something he finds challenging.
Luckily, he seems to be dealing with his own negative feelings well enough. He is still allowed to wander and spend as much time as he needs by himself. Due to his nature, he runs the pack without any strict hierarchy, beyond the roles assigned to each of the wolves.
Peterah only has one strict rule: that every wolf that agrees to join his pack heeds to his leadership and decisions. That is why he named the pack under his title, "Sea-Fang." Should any sort of uprising occur or the pack should split somehow, he'll just take those who are still loyal to him and leave. Since he is the one who decides who joins the pack and who leaves, it is very unlikely he'll lose control.
He currently has no plans on who will take over his pack once he dies or retires. He presumes a pup or grandpup of his, but he makes no promises.
