Past:
Born in a mountainous pack with the name Luna, to the Alpha and their herbalist, this she-wolf had to fight for her spot at the top. She had three older brothers within her litter, and had to do her best to outshine them. When it came time for a new pack leader, her eldest brother Striker, took over the role and chased off her other brothers for disobedience. He was lenient on her, as he needed a pup-sitter for him and his mate, Starlight. Biding her time, she waited to put her plan into action.

On the next new moon, she waited until Striker and Starlight retired to their dens to take their pups out to the outskirts of the territory, where a nearby meadow pack patrol waited. Within this pack was a male wolf that had caught her attention named Hawk, who had helped her form the plan to create some discourse within the mountain pack. The pack took the pups back to their camp, to raise as their own. Luna then led Hawk into their territory, to hide near the camp where the other wolves wouldn't be able to find him, and then moved to take her spot back at camp.

The chaos that followed the next day seems a bit like a blur to Luna, but Striker immediately went to punish Luna for losing the pups, and Hawk crashed into him, giving Luna the upper hand to defeat her brother, and run Starlight out of the pack. This set her place as Alpha and Hawk's place as Beta. For this power shift, Luna thought it best to move the pack to the Riparian Woodland, and change her name to Penumbra. Hawk took this shift as well, and changed his name to Evergreen.
