Founder and Chieftain of the Pack of the Onyx Peaks and mate to Chieftess Thirani.
Maven is a calm, collected Wolf but is also compassionate. She grew up alone after her pack was splintered by invaders and survived many hardships. These hardships however did not make her cruel, but left her with a greater understanding of other wolves experiences and a desire to help others in the way others helped her. After all, she wouldn’t be here without kind strangers. She isn’t helpless however, she would never have survived her first months alone if she was. She is independent and able to take care of herself, but that doesn’t mean she chooses to be alone. In her mind, it’s better to choose to be with someone because you choose to be and want to be, not because you need them.
She received a dream one night of mountains striped with black and a white Wolf with a dark face and legs that she would share that territory with, and she set out to find those mountains. When she did, she found Thirani, and with her love at her side, they began to build the Pack of the Onyx Peaks.
