Sunrise

2025-12-2: Cold stone met warm and cracked paws as they tread upon its unforgiving surface. A sleek well-aged face bore two focused eyes. Sunrise had been travelling for many moons after leaving her old pack and making do with whatever she could. Winter would be closing in soon, this was a dangerous time for a lone wolf.

Sunrise traveled along a stream for awhile before sitting down to lap from its frigid flow. Now was a time to take a rest. Destination would find its way to her soon. Ginger ears relaxed and flickered ever so slightly, listening to the forest around them. A crackle of a branch suddenly brought reality back into motion, making Sunrise look up suddenly.

A younger wolf, quite younger had found its way upon the location. Her icey eyes made contact with Sunrise's only briefly.

"You're alone aren't you?" The stranger spoke up, cutting through the silence like a claw. She was purple with a bluish nose, and unusual sight for sure.

That night the two spoke for some time. It had come to knowledge that the oddball wolf was named Regalia and belonged to a pack called Colpo di fortuna. With blind trust, Sunrise followed Regalia back to her pack to ask to join for sometime. Many more adventures await the well-aged wolf.
