Lesson: Ambushing. Today, Finch put a Blue Jay Feather near a guarding adult packmate. Pine Grosbeak was required to ambush the wolf using the den's familiar terrain with only a few suggestions from Finch - an important lesson to take advantage of the surrounding land and what it has to offer. (+6 Strength)

Lesson: Tussling. Finch suffered the consequences of her own idea for jaw muscle training. For about half of the class, Pine Grosbeak pulled on her tail as they couldn't find any good branches to practice on. (+3 Strength)

Lesson: Prey Tracking. Finch managed to hide the Grouse Feather so well that Pine Grosbeak had trouble picking up its scent, and it took some time to dig the toy out. Pine didn't give up easily and worked until the task was complete. (+3 Wisdom)

Lesson: Pathfinding. Breeze used a few distracting scents to tempt Pine Grosbeak and Kestrel as they practiced. A successful scout needs to have a will strong enough to stay on the right track no matter what, even if they are hungry. (+18 Strength)

Lesson: Howling. It seems that Pine Grosbeak achieved perfection today, at least in comparison with a couple of trials before. She jumped with joy and ran to Reina and Blizzard to prove that she was almost an adult now! (+3 Wisdom)

Lesson: Recognizing Danger. Pine Grosbeak and Ryna tried to mix their first medicines. Thistle made sure that it would be harmless even in the case of a huge mistake, but Pine did really well without any help. (+15 Wisdom)
