Lucky was found by Wuffles after she returned from the dreamlands, he was all alone with nobody to care for him. She brought him back to the Decker Duckers where a wolf who has since left the pack cared for him, Ash, and Dakoda. His peculiar markings are theorised to be of the dreamlands, making the rest of the pack wonder if that's where he truly came from and if he has any of the abilities others in the dreamlands seem to have.
Once he hit adolescence, Lucky's paws began to glow with the blue energy of the dreamlands.
In adulthood Lucky found that he truly did have powers associated with the dreamlands and it wasn't merely an illusion, he made his way to where he was originally found and tried to return to the dream lands so he could find some sort of way to control his powers. This method ended up being lunar orb bracelets and anklets
