Colonel Panik

I'm not gonna write his full lore out on here, but I'll summarize it a bit!

His first name is Sirius, but he prefers being called formally by his rank by those he's not close with. He pretends to be mad when he's called Siri, but he secretly finds it endearing.

He's actually a shapeshifter alien werewolf man from a now destroyed planet in his canon universe.

Stuck half transformed after recieving injuries on a battlefield while fighting off fascist forces trying to colonize his homeworld, he now feels both physically and mentally half-man and half-beast while trying to adapt back to civillian life.

He was saved from imminent demise by a passing interstellar traveller, Zyrian, who heard his desparate radio calls for aid for his troops. Unfortunately he was the last surviving member of his regiment by the time Zyrian reached him, his then unconscious body being quickly brought onboard and stabilzed, then being placed in an induced coma as he healed. When he awoke from the coma, he found out that his planet had been destroyed just minutes after the ship had left its atmosphere, having been devoured by an anomalous space entity drawn to unstable planets on the brink of collapse.

Now not only was he the only one from his regiment left alive, he was now the only one of his species known to have survived his world's apocalypse.

His name, Colonel Panik, is also just a dumb nerdy play on words (kernel panic).
