A strong young wolf, Elk always found everything pretty easy. Everyone was so friendly, everyone constantly admiring and teaching him. So of course, when he joined the blooming pack and found his adopted brother, Whisper, already sucking up to the Alpha, he was rather put off by the pre-set bias. That was HIS spot.
He spends a lot of time working on his skills, working for the attention and approval of his superiors as he does his best to be the best hunter in the mountains. This doesn't stop him from clashing with Whisper, of course. The two argue and scuffle constantly over one thing or another. One wouldn't say they truly hate each other, but there certainly isn't any brotherly love happening there.
