When she was a pup, Ragnar was like a shadow to her father. She was a promising young wolf and because of that she managed to be Razael's new prized child. He constantly spoiled her and let her have her way, but she never became a brat. Despite the royal treatment she was given she managed to grow up with a rational attitude.
The only thing that has made her snap was when The Kin found Razael had been killed. Ragnar has been vocally against Zazikel from the start and has come close to physical fights, but nothing has come to it yet. She hasn't forgiven the new Paragon at all for what he did and is unwilling to change her mind. In the time being Ragnar has found themselves taken under the wing of Arete. The two are constantly seen chatting and training together, always looking for a way to avenge their fallen Paragon.

As time passed, Ragnar's anger never relented. As tensions grew within the pack her tendency for rebellion reached it's peak. Before she had even reached 2 years in age she challenged Zazikel for the spot as Paragon. At first he ignored her attempts at a challenge, but she couldn't take no as an answer. Ragnar started a battle she intended only one walked away from, aiming to kill Zazikel by any means necessary. Her sheer will might have been the only thing that saved her life because from the very start she was outmatched by the older Paragon.
Zazikel's overpowered her with a ferocity that would have terrified any other wolf, but she never backed down. Even when she was beaten to the brink of death, she was ready to keep fighting. It was only when her father, Dumat, put a stop to the fight that she let him drag her away to lick her wounds.
Ragnar is the only wolf to have stood up to Zazikel and lived to walk away from it, and she bears the scars from her fight with pride. She was too eager, too weak then… but in the future she would make sure she'd be ready to stand and fight one last time.
