Jasper is an optimistic, bright leader. He is strong and will always listen to his packmates. He plans on stepping down soon. His mate, Apatite is very kind to him, but worries for his role. His heir is Good Lookin'.

He was born to a loner, and decided that he would start a pack of his own one day. He was very excited to create something that would make a mark on these lands. He knew that if his pack were to die, they would still be remembered for they play an important role in the forest.
When Jasper was just a pup, he believed that he would have every single wolf in the world in his pack, and that he'd be immortal. When he grew older, he knew that was a silly belief, but he still wanted to be a leader.
He was born to be a leader. He was born to be strong. He was born to be a wolf. He always knew these things! He is still a strong wolf to this day.

Jasper opened his eyes. They adjusted to the bright light. A bright orange wolf with green eyes looked down at his big blue eyes. "Mama?" he barked. The large wolf licked his forehead, and smiled.
"Yes, Mama," she looked very proud of the young pup. Jasper got to his paws and began to sniff around the den. He nibbled on sticks and rocks. Just then, a large muscular brown wolf appeared in the entrance.
He growled at the large wolf, only for the wolf to bow down and wag his tail. "Daddy!" the wolf said, his voice full of enthusiasm. "Daddy?" The other wolf nodded. This was Daddy.
Jasper's Mama and Papa began to speak, but he couldn't understand a thing. As they chatted, he noticed a weird figure. Something was on his rear! It swayed back and forth, side to side, seemingly in an endless loop.
Knowing the only right thing to do, Jasper began to chase it. He spun round and round in circles, eventually giving up. He panted loudly, until Mama swooped in and picked him up.
She brought him outside of the den, where she sniffed at the ground. Daddy nudged him, so assuming what he meant, he sniffed the ground as well.
After a while of sniffing the dirt, there was a scent. It was warm and tasty. He followed Mama until she burst into a run. Jasper saw something scuffling in the bushes, and also set chase.
Mama swept in again and caught it. Mama is really good at scooping things up! It was small, pale brown, and really really fluffy with long ears.
The beautiful orange she-wolf set down the pale long eared animal, and pushed it over to the little amazed pup. Assuming again, he dug into it, chewing on the bright red flesh.

It's been a few years, and Jasper knows how to hunt now. His mother taught him how to speak, hunt, hide, and protect.
"Now, I am sorry but I feel you must leave. It's time for you to start a pack of your own. Father is no longer with us, but he will watch over you and protect your pack along with the Dire Wolves. I can help you gather anything you need if you'd like," Mother barked.
"No, I'm fine. I don't need anything." Jasper turned towards the entrance of the den. "Wait!" his mother called. He turned his head. "I love you. You may visit any time after your pack is set up. Father wanted me to tell you this before he died..." Mother's eyes watered. Jasper changed his footing, preparing for his father's last words.
"'I want my son to know, that he will do amazing when he leads a pack of his own. I want you to let him know he is a great, strong, loyal wolf and will always do what he knows is right.'"
