He usually goes by Jugoya, Otsukimi, or Tsukimi. He prefers Jugoya since most called him Jugoya.

Jugoya was born from a royal family in White City. His Royal family is well-known for their shapeshifting abilities. Naturally, they are pure-born Royal Dragocian, specifically an eastern dragon. They are powerful allies to White City. He wanted to join Blackmane Pack to help out when he can, but he is usually always busy elsewhere. His position is classified and only a few know who he really is.

His age is unknown to most wolves but only his close friends know. He is always positive about something and hard to anger. His magic abilities are not limited but he knows varying types of low-level magic spells. He will continue to train to hone his abilities. He is well-trained in varying weapons, such as dual swords or a claymore.
