Freya

Freya was lost. She had been foraging for herbs as she did every day, searching by the large boulders. As she was walking back to the pack with the herbs, a thick fog rolled in. She continued walking through the fog for a long while. 'I should be home by now, shouldn't I?' she asked herself. Freya couldn't even see to the end of her muzzle in this fog. Not wanting to get lost, Freya ducked into a small, abandoned cave until the fog rolled out.
Some time later, she peeked out and saw that the thick, milky white fog was gone, but she had no idea where she was. She looked around, but didn't see any familiar landmarks. Freya did a double-take when she saw the wisp floating near the cave entrance. She had heard disturbing stories about them lately. The wisp seemed to beckon and whisper to her, drawing her closer. When she got close enough, it disappeared and popped up a bit further away. She got the sense that it was leading her home, and so followed.
None of the other wolves could believe her story, especially since the alpha's mate, Fenris, and another hunter had been declared missing. Freya didn't have any logical explanation for the story, nor any proof except her memory. 'Perhaps some of the wisps are good,' she thought

She glances behind her. "I thought I heard a lost puppy on my way back, calling out to me."

She brings your attention to a strange plant among the mix. "I found this as well.. I'm not sure what it is, it may have some use but I can't be certain."

She holds onto the last one a bit too long before dropping it with the others. "I found this while searching in the usual places."

She looks confused and nudges the strange one. "This isn't native to this land. Something strange is going on."
